Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled class for check in and a quick tour.
Please wear comfortable exercise clothes (t-shirt and gym shorts or sweat pants). Participants will be barefoot on the mats.
Please bring a water bottle or beverage of choice. Or cash. We have drinks for sale in the lobby. Other than that, no special uniform or equipment is needed while trying us out.

After the trial, to continue training, we encourage you to get set up on one of our membership options. Students leave a credit/debit card on file and pay monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or every year on an automated billing system. Memberships may be cancelled with a 30-day notice.
