Our Parents’ Night Out events are the perfect solution to your childcare problems. Instead of hiring a sitter, send them to us! They can spend the time that you’re out having fun – something that has significant physical, mental, and emotional benefits for them – while you enjoy some private time with your partner.

Non-members ages 6 to 12.
As a reminder, this is a “drop-off” event. 15 minutes after the event starts, the door will be locked until pick-up time. We do not allow outside guests or spectators for the duration of this event – the point is for you to go out and have fun while your children are supervised, safe, and having fun too.
The deadline to register for Parents Night Out is 48 hours prior to the event date – or when spaces fill up. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your spot.
A refillable water bottle is recommended. We have a water fountain/water bottle re-fill station on-site.
Electronics are encouraged to be left at home, unless absolutely necessary. If necessary, please leave them at the front desk at drop off.
*Medical equipment (inhaler, medication, etc.) should be dropped off at the front desk – labeled and with clear instructions on how to use.
Participants should wear comfortable play clothes (t-shirts and sweatpants or gym shorts). This is a very active event!
For themed events (Halloween, Superhero Party, etc.), we encourage participants to dress according to the theme.
We will provide juices and pizza for dinner.
*If your child has a food allergy and is unable to eat pizza, please let us know in advance and please pack your child an alternate dinner and ensure that is dropped off when they are.
No experience necessary- Our parents night out events are open to all experience levels! Participants will have a blast exploring the mental and physical benefits of training through various games and activities.
